Hygiene & Safety

At Dream Factory, fun and safety go hand in hand. Every child deserves a safe, clean, and joyful play experience.

• Visual checks: After each 2-hour session, our staff conduct an inspection of all inflatables.

• Daily Cleaning: All inflatables and common areas are cleaned and sanitised each day.

• Weekly Maintenance: Each inflatable is fully deflated, inspected, and reassembled weekly to ensure every part is checked.

• Hygiene: For hygiene and safety, all play areas are shoes-off and require fresh socks for play.

• Rules & Guidance: Clear signage and staff reminders encourage safe play for everyone.

• Age-Appropriate Play: Zones are clearly marked to ensure children play in the right areas for their size and ability.​​

Your Part in Safety

We ask all parents and carers to:

• Supervise their children at all times.

• Follow staff instructions and posted rules.

• Keep food, drink, gum and sharp objects away from inflatables.
