By entering and using our play facilities, you are entering into a legal agreement with Dream Centre Christian Church LTD (ABN 95 057 856 569), trading as Dream Factory. The parent/guardian and the child(ren) accept these terms and conditions in full.

 

1. The Centre is designed for children aged 1-12 years. The facilities are not suitable for children above this age group.

 

2. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian at all times. Staff are not responsible for providing supervision.

 

3. For safety and hygiene socks must be worn at all times on jumping castles.

 

4. No outside food or drink may be brought into the facility.

 

5. Participants must be in good health and free from medical conditions that could increase the risk of injury. For safety reasons, pregnant women, anyone wearing a cast, or with serious health issues cannot participate. Children must be able to walk on their own to use the equipment.

 

6. No food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects are allowed on or near play equipment.

 

7. All tickets remain the property of Dream Factory (operated by Dream Centre Chrstian Church) and are valid only for the session booked. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law.

 

8. If your actions (or your child’s actions) cause injury to another person or damage to property, you agree to indemnify Dream Factory/Dream Centre Christian Church against all resulting claims, costs, and expenses.

 

9. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well-being of their child(ren) while in our facility. Any child or adult who behaves in a way that could potentially harm themselves or others may be asked to leave.  You agree to follow all safety signs, instructions from staff, and facility rules. Reckless or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.

 

10. You consent to CCTV footage being used for safety and security purposes. You consent to photos/videos of yourself or your children being used for promotional purposes, unless you notify staff in writing that you do not consent.

 

11. Dream Factory will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries sustained at the facility.

 

12. Dream factory is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

 

13. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
